It can be argued that justice has to be done. Revenge can be seen as a form of justice unfolding as the wronged person sees fit. Who has the right to judge whether someone seeks justice or the manner they choose? As long as it does not break any laws, revenge can have a very tempering affect. It can calm a troubled soul and cleanse the mind. Revenge can help a person leave the past behind and get on with life. It is reasonable that a certain number of 'cast aside' bethelites, district overseers, circuit overseers and special pioneers will seek revenge in their own way. Maybe some will become contributing members of this forum.

i went into jw.org to look up a scripture in the nwt and clicked on new world translation - study edition.

i wanted to go into the book of malachi.

I wanted to go into the book of Malachi

The different bible books were laid in a grid pattern and I clicked on Malachi. No response. Directions said , " Books available are in blue. More books will be added in time." Guess how many books were available.

ONE. Only the book of Matthew out of 66 books.

Why would the WT Bible and Tract Society bother putting, on the site, a study edition of the NWT with only 1 book available. Like a bunch of amateurs. In my opinion, a professional organization would construct the complete data and then add it to the online library.

i've only told two people about this (one being john cedars) for fear of getting this guy into trouble, but it's very telling and will reaffirm your "ttatt faith!

a couple of weeks ago, i had to have an "ability to protect" assessment by a gentleman from a company that also investigates child protection policies etc.

Finding homes for the former 'bethelites' and 'special pioneers'

since the liberal government has been elected in canada, it seems that people are looking to the future with a little more optimism and hope.

it is only human nature that with change, we would think that the change would be for the better.

the courts have ruled, in canada, that it is unconstitutional to deny the homeless the right to sleep in parks.

It is only human nature that with change, we would think that the change would be for the better. The courts have ruled, in Canada, that it is unconstitutional to deny the homeless the right to sleep in parks. Others have suggested, and seem to have strong support from some groups, to open up the churches to the homeless and get them off of the streets, into an evironment where it is warm and safe. Many good hearted people in our society are trying to do what they can to help.

May I suggest that if the 'bethelites' and 'special pioneers' and perhaps even former 'district overseers' and 'circuit overseers' could:

1] live quite cheaply in a tent or shelter in one of these public parkland homeless communities. They would even have a 'territory' to preach in that is probably not on file with their local congregation.'Unassigned territory' it is called. No driving 6 hours north to some remote mountain community. Now they can just walk over to the nearest tent, tap on the flap and bingo, potential bible study.

2] live in the basement of one of the local churches, perhaps Anglican, United or Catholic. Of course they would have to behave themselves by not running down the Church offering them the living accomodations, They would have to refrain from preaching that everyone who belongs to that particular religion will die at Armaggedon and such talk as that. Many of these volunteers working at these local church charities are very willing to help the needy. Perhaps they could even give rides to the 'church homeless JW's' to the meetings at the local Kingdom Halls.
